Not much we can say about surface rust other than it's unsightly and can lead to bigger problems if untreated and more expense.
While we can treat and repair most rust problems, including holes in panels (doors/arches/wings, at this moment we are unable to repair any areas that structural or aids in the integrity of your vehicles safety.
