Assessment Call Out Fee/ Deposits for work under £100

We'll send you and e-mail link with our business bank account details when an agreement has been made for a time date for our visit. Receipts are always given.

Payment of Completed Work

All payments for completed work must be paid in full before we leave the premises otherwise already arranged in advance.  Payment can be made in cash, direct bank transfer or Debit or Credit card by card reader on site. *Please note that there is a 2% admin fee on Debit & Credit card transactions to covers costs. 

Go Cardless

For those who we have pre-arranged to pay by Direct Debit instalments here is more information about Go Cardless.  

We require your name, general location and some brief details of your vehicle and if possible a couple of photos of the area needing repair.

We'll get back to you for all messages sent before 9pm Monday to Saturday the same day. Anything after 9pm we'll respond the following day. 

Sundays: The next working day

 

Any messages in the vein of, "I got a dent, how much do you charge?" will not be entertained . All the information why is on the site above.
